Fibre speed less than what PN say!

Hi peeps,
I've been on 80/20 fibre for about 2 weeks now. At first my speed was about 74/16 but it has been steadily dropping and is now about 66/14! The ping has also increased from 15 to 23.
Although I am more than pleased with my current speed I wonder why the PN page says that my current speed is 78?
Perhaps one of the techies can look into this for me.

That's just because the connection profile on our systems is currently set to 78mb.
I'd advise raising a fault: http://faults.plus.net
