Fibre speed drop to 11 meg

Hi can somebody please tell me why I'm now only getting around 11 meg download  speeds (16-20 upload) on a service that was previously giving me between 65-75 download?
I've ran a few tests over the past week or so (same results as just mentioned) but haven't tested it for months before that, so don't know how long its been this slow.

I've just updated your speed profile for you. A restart of your Plusnet Router (not Openreach Modem) should resolve that issue for you.

Sorry for the delay in my reply - been at work all day.
Just re-tested a few of times and now getting between 44 and 65.
