Fibre order cancelled....TWICE?!

Already with plusnet and have ordered an upgrade to fibre.
Now, my order has been cancelled for a second time. I have checked on the plus net website, as well as the BT website and all say that fibre is available down my phone line.
Wondering what is actually happening for a bit of clarity?
Anyone with any ideas?

Were you given sufficient notice of the cancellation(s)? I'd do two things. 1) Ask on the ticket for a reason that it was cancelled & 2) Post the ticket number here so that a Plusnet DCT member can have a look at it tomorrow.

I can see that when we place the order it's being rejected for some reason. We've contacted our suppliers to find out why and we're still waiting for a reply.
