Fibre installed today

Hello, can someone from plusnet check my download speed for me?
I've not long got fibre installed and everything has increased except for my download which will not go past 2.44 meg? My upload and ping are great by the download is an issue for me.
Help into this matter would be appreciated.

Also I was referred to plusnet by my brother but this has not been noted and he has not received any referral bonus, his user name is lxkid. If this can also be sorted out that would be great.

Hi,
I've just made some changes to your Speed Profile on our systems. You might just need to restart your Technicolor Router for the changes to take effect.
Can you ask for brother to raise a Support Ticket at http://contactus.plus.net regarding the referral along with your account username that he has referred so we can get this added for you?
