Fibre install completed - no Plusnet router received

I have just had my Fibre install completed this morning. All went according to plan...
However, my Plusnet router has not arrived - Luckily I have my own and have no need of the Plusnet one.
Can someone check to see if the Plusnet router has been sent? If not can this be cancelled and therefore save me the £5.99?

Sorry about this Shamus,
The router order wasn't added to your account for some reason when we went through the account change process.
We can agree to cancel that and refund the £5.99 for you, I'll do that now.

No worries,
Just to let you know to save any confusion we didn't actually take the £5.99 in the first place so I suspect this may have been left off the order deliberately and that the line mentioning the £5.99 in the ticket response wasn't omitted (which it should have been.

I did mention when I was placing the original order that I did not want the router - but the person I spoke to implied that it wasnt optional. Perhaps I just misunderstood... That would explain the lack of order etc...
