Hi - I had the fibre line connected yesterday and the engineer was claiming speeds of 37mb/s when he checked the line. This differed to the 21mb/s that I was originally quoted on the plusnet website - which they downsized to 14 mb/s when I actually made the order
Anyway first punt was a fairly unhealthy 4mb/s but I thought give it time.
This morning I have just run a test and these are the results - not pleasant viewing with a 239kb/s download.
I guess I just need to know whether I am jumping the gun in expecting anything better ..... or whether there is something that Plusnet or myself are not doing properly here.
I will try again later this pm and report back

It should now be running as fast as it can. After a fibre install we need to perform an account change and make some changes to the speed profile on your account, I've just done that now and everything should be fine now.
