Fibre connection - should be unlimited but peaking at 38mb/s

I was connected by BT today.
Speedtest.net peaks at 38mb/s download - am I limited on the wrong package?
My results from https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate are:
Estimated line speed:
62Mb (Accurate to within +/- 1Mbit) - Checked on 2013-03-13 22:15:06
Current line speed:
78 Mb

Re: Fibre connection - should be unlimited but peaking at 38mb/s

Hi there,
I've just checked the details for your order on ours and BT's systems and I can't see anything wrong there I'm afraid.
If the speeds do not improve over the course of the next 2 or 3 days I'd advise raising a fault: http://faults.plus.net

Thanks, I'm thinking it could be my wireless connection to the technicolor box - I'll retest with a direct cable connection tonight.
