Fibre & slow broadband

Hi

Tso things can my line be reset this is the only things that speeds things up for a few days till speed goes back to 0.2

Also do you know anything about fibre coming to box 10 Dringhouse we were told in by end of year but now nobody will admit to anything

I can't see any plans for your line to get fibre at this moment in time I'm afraid.

With regards to a reset your profile is currently "WBC 160K - 24M Medium delay (INP 1) 3dB Downstream, 448 Medium delay (INP 2) 6dB Upstream (ADSL2+)" so we wouldn't reset your line as it wouldn't improve things.

Our tests are showing your current speeds are quite low despite the above profile so I'd recommend raising a fault here

Thanks for the offer but I've had a few engineer visits and they all say the same thing that my speed won't improve till we get fibre. The only boost we get is after a reset it picks up for a few days till it drops back down again
