Fibre Unlimited Speed crashed from 50 Mbps to 12Mbps

No, not now everything is running OK and normally at the moment it was yesterday when the speeds were up and down all evening. Yes it was HD.
BBCi player diagnostics test just now shows: download speed 47310, streaming 1 is 10695, 2 is 20969 and 3 is 20406. Your connection :17356 so looks all normal and as expected.

Basically PlusNet is throttling everyones connections randomly if I keep getting this im going to the Telecommunications Ombundsman. I suggest others do the same.
