Fibre Speed

Had my fibre fitted this morning, but still only getting 1650kbps download speed - can someone help ?

I have now set your profile up for fibre speeds, you should see the increase shortly.

Thanks JoJo - that worked earlier my download went up to 30mb!!  I had to unplug the router earlier and it is now only running at 9.5mb - please help !!!

I don't suppose you're on Value Fibre are you? If so you may have saved me a job last night ! (see Traffic Management thread)

It is still running at around 10mb - please can someone have a look ?
