Fibre Speed

I had fibre installed on the 24th October. The engineer said the line was syncing at 18200mb, and for the first day I was seeing download speeds of around 2.1-2.2mb per second. This then dropped to around 1.8mb. I ran the BT speedtester and I was still syncing at 18200mb. The plusnet website showed I was on 16mb,  so on Thursday I rang plusnet to bump my profile up to 18mb. I was back up to 2.2mb until yesterday and its dropped back to 16mb again. Just ran the BT speedtester and my sync profile has now raised up to 24000mb!
It is worth getting my profile bumped up again or will it just drop back to 16mb?

I've set your profile to our highest one so it shouldn't be causing any issues for you.
The download speeds of around 1.8mb, are they actually 1.8MB (note the capital B)?

Yes, sorry I meant 1.8MB. Now downloading at 2.93MB! Thanks!! I am getting speeds twice the estimate, so I am very happy!
