Fibre Connection Dropping

I have continual problems with the fibre connection dropping out and have done so for ever. Yesterday it dropped about 6 times and today about 3 already. When running the download speed is fast 30- - 55 but is so unreliable. If it can't be sorted I want to leave.

Welcome to the forums.
Synch issues are exclusively related to the BTOR equipment connecting your home to the exchange - changing ISPs will not resolve this issue. You need to get your ISP to work with BTOR to investigate and resolve the issue. The start of that process is to raise a fault report here http://faults.plus.net please.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
