Fibre Broadband less than half advertised speed

Hi parisbeach,
I've ran some tests on the line and its not picking up on any issues. So if you can hear noise on the line we will have to arrange for an engineer visit.
If you can PM me your availability this week I'll book something in for you.

did you test it with a corded phone? (and not a cordless phone), just in case the noise is coming from the cordless phone itself.

HI just re ran it again as had son crying last time nothing this time all quiet this time i will run another test in ten mins and see if it happens again

HI fourth test is a no . noise on the line has gone dont know if it was the phone or what but that seems to have stopped. stillbad result

can you use this instead - http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
and then do the further diagnostics afterwards.
make sure NOTHING else is doing anything on the internet when you run it.

Hi when i go to do the further diagnostics the page crashes is really annoying me

Hi just ran a speed test dont know whats happened but am back to full speed what the hell check it out rather pleased
