ME3 shows 3 exchanges in the rough area, 2 are not in the plan, one is coming soon.

Re: Fibre Broadband in my area....?

If you're on Tilbury exchange then my spreadsheet says March 2012.
My exchange also says March 2012, the exchange is done and Openreach are enabling the cabinets now with mine already done.

The spreadsheet should be this one, it has instructions on how to find your postcode.  However, it only lists the dates for exchanges, as Strat pointed out you also need to have your particular cabinet upgraded to Fibre too and as far as I can tell there is no way of knowing when that will actually happen.
