Hi there I have signed up to fibre broadband but think that you might have sent out the incorrect router to me. According to my account you should have sent me a Netgear WNR1000 but I have received a technicolor one. Is this correct? If not I need another one sent out to me ASAP as have installation booked on Friday. Thanks
You don't state the model number so I can't tell you if it is wrong or not You need to ring support to confirm you have the wrong router if you want this error corrected in time.
Hi vb, We're actually sending out the Technicolor 582n for fibre, apologies if you were expecting a different one - though the technicolor should work absolutely fine for you. Please let us know if you have any issues.
