Fibre Broadband - Can I Use My Netgear N600 Modem

Hooray. All now working via my Netgear router.
Big thanks to MisterW and Anotherone - really appreciate your help with this.
Now I just need to sort out my connection speed as my download is still 11mbps and upload has increased to 17mbps.
Do I need to raise a support ticket for this or will it rectify itself?

TBH I'm surprised the DC team haven't spotted this thread and fixed it.
It 'may' sort itself out overnight but if you want the superfast speeds now ( and why wouldn't you! )
then I'd be tempted give the CSC a call and ask them to set your PlusNet Line speed correctly, now you've been connected to Fibre

Has your Current Line speed (Login required) been set correctly now?

My download speed has increased to 62mbps but my upload speed has dropped from 16mbs to 11mbps.

Try a few more tests. It would be good to do some at off-peak times to see what your connection is actually doing. Is that last test wired or wireless, you need to do checks wired.

They are all wired.
I'll let it settle and try a few more later tonight.
