Why do PN not monitor performance and initiate fault reporting themselves? Surely this can be done almost automatically? I'm fed up going through the stupidly long process of reporting bad speeds and have lately almost become resigned to often having far less performance than I'm paying for but this is getting £%&$ing ridiculous (should be 30/6 at least)...
