Service installed end of July and we haven’t had a day yet with it working properly.
I now have zero upload speed
Still waiting for the call back I was definately going to get on Wednesday. No response in Twitter, email, Facebook - clearly you couldn’t give a hoot about your customers.
Website still says support open until 10pm but now shut at 8. But you can still que in the phone system for an hour before it tells you that. What a complete joke.
“Plusnet we’ll do you proud” needs amending to plusnet -we’ll do nothing!
Clearly there has been a repudiatory breach - I have contracted you to provide broadband. You are unable to do so therefore cancel my contract.
