Faults ticket

A fault ticket was raised for me on Monday 27th by pn staff due to very poor speeds (0.12 average) how long does it normally take to get response to a ticket  Huh?

Hi, sorry to hear that the line's slow - I'd expect the ticket to be picked up soon, likely tomorrow, but it depends how busy the team are. Really sorry about the wait.
