Hi
I currently have a possible fault that an Open Reach engineer is calling to look at tomorrow.
Just out of interest, could anyone explain what all these figures mean on the attachment please? I'm especially interested in in the Profile Name line, what does that 12.5m to 25m mean? Is that a level I'm 'capped' at or just what was achieved during a test?
Thanks a lot
Caryn

Hi caryn,
Sure, I'll do my best to explain!
12.5M-25M means that DLM has capped your line so it can't sync over it. Your line hasn't synced any higher than 25Mb which is why we're looking to get the issue investigated for you. Your line has retrained twice as you can see, this was probably caused by DLM changing your banding, probably from 13.7M - 27.4M to 12.5M-25M which is the next step down.
The fact you have some errors showing at the bottom of the page explains why the line has banded itself. If DLM didn't think there was a fault, it'd have turned Interleaving on, the fact it hasn't proves that an engineer is the right option
