Failed payment message on day bill is due yet again ?? :(
My payment for my broadband is due today..and despite the day not being over I have restrictions on my account...yet again i can't access many sites and cant even get to my account on plusnet site. It times out and failed payment message comes up. This happened last month too I lost over a week of proper service.
The email I got clearly states 'To avoid restrictions to your service please make a payment in the next 14 days.'
since the new billing this 14 days grace seems not to happen. is this a new policy?

Apologies @Cazlizzy for the restrictions there. I have now removed these for you, allowing the 14 day grace period to complete. My apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.
