Failed billing??

Had been expecting to receive my usual billing notification email yesterday but not received.
Checked account transactions this morning - home phone has billed but not the rest of my account, nor are my referral discounts showing.
Has billing failed??  Bill date 16th each month

Re: Failed billing??

Hmmm, I can't see any transactions for this month on your account. It's not immediately obvious what's happened TBH but we'll get it looked into.

Re: Failed billing??

OK Bob.......
Situation so far:-
Referral value showing to 16/01/08

Home phone has billed to 15/01/08

But not my net account  Sad Sad Sad Sad
So long as my phone or net access doesn't get cut off because of this billing problem.
I'm wanting to give you my money, but wouldn't say no to a free month Grin Grin Grin Grin

Re: Failed billing??

Hi,
You can ignore the PM I just sent you as I've just refreshed this thread and read your update.  Embarrassed
Your Home Phone control panel will show the changeover in your billing date whether you've been billed for the calls or not.
As far as I can tell you weren't billed at all yesterday. I've just checked with our development team and it looks like billing didn't complete last night. Anyone who wasn't billed yesterday and should have been will be billed today.

Re: Failed billing??

To address your last point, no-one will have restricted service because of this, as you are only placed into failed billing if a payment is requested and rejected.

Re: Failed billing??

Looking at kreynolds' payment summary, does it really only cost £9.99 for 'anytime calls', I thought it was £15.99?

Hi Marenello,

This offers free calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers in the evenings and weekends.

Re: Failed billing??

What you see in the screenshot is the older Anytime package which is no longer provided for new sale, wereas the package on our website is the Anytime+ package.
* [edit]
The older package allowed 240 minutes to 01, 02 & 03 numbers.
