FTTC same speed as adsl was

Plusnet Unlimited Fibre installation done on Monday 8th September 2014 at around 11:50.  Everything went smoothly.  Line synced straight away and initial speeds were around 35 - 38 down and 12 - 15 up.
Tuesday evening around 21:30 noticed download speed had dropped to 10 Mbps (the same as ADSL was).  Upload speed still around 15 Mbps.  It is now Thursday and the speeds have remained stable at 10 down and 13 to 15 up.
Is this normal or is it something which needs attention?

There was probably an old delta report - check Current Line Speed here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed

Hi David,
For some strange reason the profile on your account dropped. I've now corrected this so you should be able to see the higher speeds again. If not a reboot of the router might be required.
