OK, for those experiencing the issues we're working with the vendors and gathering data on the problem at the moment (hence it not being temporarily fixed again tonight).
So if you're having the issue, log in to your router and disconnect/reconnect until usertools.plus.net/@gateway shows that you're not on a PCL gateway and you should be good.

Ok thank's for updating us Chris, it's much appreciated. Is there a proper place to keep a eye on things of this nature? instead of scavanging the forum's. Do you folk's keep a page updated with stuff like this?, thanks and best of luck with getting it sorted.

We do have a service status page however we've not put these issues on there yet as they've not hit the support centre and it's only here in the forums that we're actually seeing complaints, if we don't fix it tonight we'll reevaluate ready for tomorrow evening just in case.
