As a network change has been made, I'm going to see what options we've got to get a DLM Reset sorted out for you - DLM could take a while to bring you back to where we'd like you to be.
Leave it with me and I'll see what I can do

A DLM reset on FTTC needs a broadband engineer visit.
You might be left with waiting for the DLM to sort things out, unless (as per last post) Chris can find some magic.

Quote from: Townman You might be left with waiting for the DLM to sort things out, unless (as per last post) Chris can find some magic.
That's true in most cases
Like any process, there has to be a workaround. There is a team within BT Openreach who are able to do remote DLM Resets, in case an engineer doesn't or isn't able to do one on the day. I'm seeing if I can get them to do it, given the circumstances.
This isn't normal process, but I don't see the point sending out another engineer solely for a DLM Reset

If you take the whole of my quote, it is true all of the time...
EITHER
"You wait for the DLM"
OR
"Chris can find some magic"
WOW BTOR have a work around process which deals with the foibles of the real world - GREAT NEWS - is it new news learnt from your recent sojourns to BT's smokey towers in the Deep South?
If you can pull off this bit of magic, then you should think about a try out on "Britain's got talent".

That's increased from 27.9Mb to 65.7Mb. I've updated your speed profile so a quick restart of your router should do the trick to bring your speeds back up
