I'm switching from ADSL Extra to Fibre Extra on the 31st of December. My usage normally resets itself on the 28th of each month. What will happen regarding the increased usage on the 31st (will it reset on the 31st of December and that'll be my new billing date), or will I just have 60gb usage for the remained of that month?

Hi Timalay,
You'll be given the full usage for the month from your installation date, that will again reset when you get to your next billing date.
I hope this helps answer your question.
Let me know if not or if there's anything else.
Chris
