FTTC Upload Speed?

Hi,
Currently only getting 1.3Mb/s upload speeds on my FTTC broadband. Should it be more like 10Mb/s?
I read somewhere that we are getting an increase?

Your upload speed should increase by Monday, we have been doing these orders in bulk and yours has just gone through.

What is the "official" target for upload speed?

It depends on whether they are on the 2, 10 or 20 variant. The highest product is up to 19.5Mb.
