Hi PlusNet folks....
I have been advised to let you know that my migration over to FTTC has completed and that you guys might need a wee nudge (seeing my BT engineer was here till 7pm completing my install) to reset my profile to the new FTTC speed (I seem to be getting the exact same download speed I was getting with my old ADSL2+ service - which suggests a cap of some form?
Upload speeds are great though
Thanks
Paul

The profile should have kicked in, if it hasn't try restarting your Plusnet router (not the Openreach Modem) and you should notice an improvement.

Cheers Chris, thanks - I'm running my Cisco 877 with PPPoE at the moment (due to work VPN requirements), but I understand its not they aren't that great with the increased throughput demands of FTTC - will test my max speed out with the plus net supplied kit and see what I get
