Given that FTTC is available at a cabinet, what technical rules do BT/Plusnet apply in deciding whether a customer can be connected?
For example is it likely that a customer with 2km of cable between them and the cabinet would be connected?
What is the maximum cable distance that is likely to be connected?

Hi there,
As far as we're aware there is no maximum distance (fibre is a LOT less resistive than copper) - so if the checker on our site says fibre is available for you, then we'll order it
