FTTC Availability

Does Plusnet advise its customers when FTTC is available to their number. My Exchange (Weymouth) has been recently enabled but the BT checker does not show it as available on my cabinet (48). How will I know when it is - do I just have to keep checking?

Plusnet may have access to a "go live" date. I expect someone will look tomorrow for you.

Hi there,
We have been notifying in some cases when fibre has recently become enabled, although this may just be exchanged enabled.
At the minute you'd be best to keep checking the BT availability checker.
