Re: FAO Staff - very dissatisfied with speed and service

It looks like you don't have a connection speed issue after you sorted out the wiring but shortly afterwards used up your allowance. Until your new billing month when the restrictions are lifted you won't be able to tell.
Half an hour of HD streaming is over 500MB.

Re: FAO Staff - very dissatisfied with speed and service

Hi there,
Looks like the account is on the older Broadband Your Way Option 1 type, which only comes with 2GB of usage. I'd strongly recommend changing up to at least the Essentials package, if not the Unlimited.
EDIT: The essentials package has 10GB of usage and will most likely be cheaper than the current package as well.

With only 2GB usage allowance, that account is really unsuitable for anyone wanting to use streaming other than for such things as looking at short clips on the BBC news web site. Even then you'd have to be careful.
Be aware that account changes only happen on your billing date, so if that is coming up soon you need to act now as you need to get the order in BEFORE the billing date.

Re: FAO Staff - very dissatisfied with speed and service

As you are on BBYW-Option1 on a Market-1 exchange, you also have the option of moving to BBYW-Option2 15GB for £14.99,
which is at a price between "Essentials" 10GB at £12.99,  and "Unlimited" at £16.99.
Market 1 pricing sucks !  Crazy
