Hi Gav,
looks like there was an inconsistency where your profile was stuck, we should be able to get that back up to speed shortly.

Hi Gav,
That seemed to have worked, just changed your profile to 7150, so you should see that in the next couple of minutes.

Re: Extremely Slow service for the last 48 hours...

ok so all was well lol...
i decided to leave routerstatus running for the last 48 hours or so to check m line...
now im pluged straight into the test socket and i have routerstatus on the sync speed graph and it is showing random dropouts and i mean the graph bottoms. this morning it showed 200 ish dropouts between 17.00 yesterday and noon today, now its dropping out once every hour or so.

Re: Extremely Slow service for the last 48 hours...

Hi Danielrymill,
I don't see that many drops at all, so I'm not sure what your router was reporting. There were a number of drops between 23.45 and 03.15 which could have been down to some external maintenance. Are you aware of what may have caused the one at 11 this morning?

Re: Extremely Slow service for the last 48 hours...

HI Danielrymill,
I don't know what to make of that, sorry. Has your speed dropped at all. Has it been affecting your use of the internet?

I do.
It means that the PC running routerstats lost it's connection to the router and was unable to collect the data at those points.
That JoJo is seeing no problems points to you having internal issues.
How do you connect to the router, wired or wireless?
