Extreme latency
Folks, just turned on plusnet account ... with static IP ... seeing extreme latency / jitter to the first layer 3 appearance after my router. 2500ms ... cmon. I am at about the end of attenuation/snr on the phy with minimal errors (expert_user.html xDSL settings).
Hi @franklinomiller, I'm sorry that you are having some issues.
I've tested the line which isn't picking anything up that could be causing an issue, however can see a number of drops in connection today.
I'd advise running through our troubleshooting here and raising the fault here if it persists.
If you let us know once done, we'll pick it up for you.
