Extreme latency

Folks,  just turned on plusnet account ... with static IP ... seeing extreme latency / jitter to the first layer 3 appearance after my router.  2500ms ... cmon.   I am at about the end of attenuation/snr on the phy with minimal errors (expert_user.html xDSL settings).Screenshot 2019-02-01 at 13.45.51.png

Hi @franklinomiller, I'm sorry that you are having some issues.

 

I've tested the line which isn't picking anything up that could be causing an issue, however can see a number of drops in connection today.

 

I'd advise running through our troubleshooting here and raising the fault here if it persists.
