Extra to Unlimited today BB down since

Very quick plea for help before it goes again. BB has been very intermittent at all day I'm told since we changed product at 04:30!
Router reset etc, still down more than it's up and slow when it is up.
The only thing that's changed is the Product. The router and sync had been up 900 hrs until this morning and the change of product!!!
