Exclusive Renewal Offer Sign In Loop

When my parents log in to their Broadband Account they are offered an Exclusive Broadband Renewal Offer. However when they try to accept it a 'please wait message appears followed b a request to sign in' again. Choosing the renewal option again just keeps repeating this loop.
Is this Exclusive Renewal Offer actually real or just a mirage? Going to the Broadband product change page only offers an upgrade to fibre.

Hi there @chroma2000 have you tried this on a different browser/device? You can always call up to take the offer, the Customer Options Team are happy to help.
They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

Yes. Tried all those ideas. I notice that this problem has been reported previously by some other customers too. Maybe it only applies to those who haven't changed contracts for a long time.
It also seem that Plusnet has gone backwards with online Account Management as most queries now seem to end up having to go into a phone-in queue, the inevitable string of security questions and then staff transfers to try and resolve any issues.
