Exchange status checker out of date or valid info?

For my exchange it's been showing the same information since May, is it out of date or is it just lazy BT not fixing the issue?

Re: Exchange status checker out of date or valid info?

It's certainly out of date for my exchange as I know it's been upgraded to ADSL2+

The exchange checker which contains important information for customers is NOT a supported Plusnet tool. It was created by a member of the Usergroup who subsequently went to work for Plusnet. He still looks after it in his spare time.

Re: Exchange status checker out of date or valid info?

If nothing has changed then BT rarely (if ever?) post updates.  More info on how up to date the latest data set is, would be to check the 'Service outage' option within the Exchange Checker?  For my Exchange, the last equipment update was in 2008!  - but the service outage data records a brief outage on 3/9/2009.
This does suggest that recent BT status data has been updated to the site?

That's not right - there is an update every week - it's just that the exchange checker data on Usertools isn't being updated by anybody. Go to the VP capacity page and then add &etashow=yes&full=1 to the end of the URL, updates stopped being applied in June whereas they were weekly before that.
