Exchange has upgraded to Adsl+2 But still not getting the right speed.

HI,
Well my local exchange has upgraded to ADSL+2  in may and my speed hasn't  increased yet. I was wondering how long do you have to wait till you get higher speeds?
My local exchange is Clapton.

The first requirement is that Plusnet actually move you from 20CN to 21CN, enabling the exchange doesn't change anything itself.
Plusnet normally move customers in batches, and send an email to advise when this is planned. Is your sync speed above 4000kbps? ADSL2/2+ is unlikely to benefit you if your sync speed is less than that.
