Exchange fault? How can I tell?

My normally stable system has begun displaying the BT test page. Yesterday a router reboot fixed it. Today it is again giving problems. The link on your support page to check LLU problems does not work. There is nothing in any of the status reports. Is there an exchange fault? I am in Ruislip, West London and user name is aguter.
Thanks for any pointers

Re: Exchange fault? How can I tell?

Hi there,
It looks as though there was an issue at your exchange this morning, if you're still seeing problems now I'd suggest powering down your modem/router for 30 minutes and then reconnecting it. This should allow you to browse as normal.

Steve - Thanks - apparently all is well in sunny Ruislip.
Chris - This would explain it but may I ask how you know this when the usertools page says that all is well?

Re: Exchange fault? How can I tell?

Sorry it was actually an issue at the Ealing ERX which was affecting a large number of dialing codes in your area.
