My local exchange, STBDSTN, has been showing two amber alerts for the last month.
It's not causing any major problems but just wondered :-
How long does the VP capacity have to be at amber before something is done about it ?
How often is the 21CN status updated, as 21CN has been available for the past 6 months.

I imagine it will next move to Red as capacity gets even less, eventually [cough] something will be done to increase capacity.

Once or twice a year?

It must be a nightmare if your connection goes through it , according to SamKnows it serves (approx) just over 33000 premises.
My own exchange on the other hand serves just less than one percent of that number, which is why it is still 20CN.
