Evening download speed drops

Hi everyone,
Just adding my note, to say we are getting slow download speeds every evening, usually between 8pm and 11:58pm.
We are on the unlimited fibre, with no caps, but its happening every night, seven days a week.
Ideas?

Welcome to the community forums,
I can see that you've had a fault raised and we're currently investigating this. I've looked at your connection and can see that last night you were connected to gateway PTN-AG01, you can check your gateway here.
If you have been affected by the peak time issues we've seen then it might be worth taking a look at our Peak Time Latency thread.
We're working on resolving this had have planned maintenance that has taking place yesterday and is continuing today.
