Plusnet provide ADSL2+ where available on the Premium and Pro products at no extra charge, but it is not available on Value. Policy towards its provision on legacy products is yet to be announced.
Interleaving helps to stabilise longer lines subject to instability, and possibly helps maintain your connection when the noise margin reduces to very low levels. Its downside is higher latency/pings which affects gaming. For non-gamers leaving it on is generally an advantage.
