The BT Speed Test shows your speeds are fine.
There is something wrong with the speedtest.net results (if you are only running them on your ADSL connection). But this is not something PlusNet will look at.
Are you seeing slow browsing? Slow speeds when downloading? Loss of connectivity? These are the kind of questions PlusNet will ask.

If you want responses exclusively from Plusnet staff you could visit http://faults.plus.net and report whatever you perceive the problem is.

My browsing seems fine,just these speedtests which i ran the tester on this site,so if it is not working properly then PN need to look at it.
