Engineer didn't turn up wasting a day off work...

Well, an Engineer was support to turn up to fix my BB issues (43986908), but alas no one turned up. So I've wasted a day off work. I've not been updated about the issue, despite adding a message to the ticket. Is this the PN service I should come to expect?
