Occasionally takeaway guys have gone to a set of flats which is at the beginning of the road just before my house...It could be slightly confusing that flat name is K Court and the road K Close..
So please advise the engineer of that and suggest that he ring me if there is any confusion...

I did suggest elsewhere that he gets a note stuck on the door of the flat where he suspects the engineer called reading

My second appointment date has come...
Eagerly waiting for engineer again...
My time slot is 8am - 1pm today.
1 hour gone.... 4 more to wait... fingers crossed...

A  tiny twist...

Hmm ..Its 11 now...
Another 2 hour left in my allocated time slot [8am - 1pm]...
Can any PN reps here check the status with the suppliers please? 
I know if I ring telephone customer care they will say they cant check until 1.30 from my experience last time.
I wonder there is any way around for you PN guys here to check..

1 more hour left in the time slot... I am getting really jittery...Its the second half day I am waiting at home...

Got a call from engineer just now to say that he will be here in 15 minutes...
