Re: Engineer Call Time?

JamesU2002, it's standard procedure to telephone around 30 minutes before they call (whilst at the cabinet) - mine arrived within 20 minutes (in the morning)

Re: Engineer Call Time?

Hi JamesU2002,
Just to confirm that your engineer is booked in for you, there's no guideline as to when/if the engineer will call prior to the visit so you may be best going off other customers experience.
Let me know how your install goes.

Hmmmm....everything is still scheduled in for you, we can't chase this up any further until the appointment time has ended.

Re: Engineer Call Time?

Hopefully the engineer will turn up, if not and you get to 6pm then it would be worth speaking with our provisioning team on 0800 432 0200 so they can chase this up.

Re: Engineer No Show?

Engineer didn't show.
Called Plusnet, apparently BT have put an "Unspecified Delay" on the install at 16:59.
No explanation why.
Everyone's in the dark about what happens next.

Snow, wind?

Very, very light snow and wind, If they use that as an excuse I'll be very, very annoyed!
