Re: Email problems

Hi guys, we're still looking into it and Russ has asked me to see if we can get some more details of the exact issues.
If you are having issues would you be able to provide traceroutes to the affected services along with details of the exact issue, eg authentication errors, or unable to access webmail.plus.net.
Also if you can let us know which DNS servers you have assigned that would help.

Re: Email problems

Not sure if it's connected.  I had email problems earlier, but I've just started a thread about not being able access PN pages generally (but intermittently) and not being able to get to me PN hosted domain.

Re: Email problems

Hi artmo,
Open a command prompt / dosbox which ever you like to call it - if it's not on your program menu any where (possibly accessories), try typing cmd at the 'Run' on the Start Menu.
At the prompt type - tracert <name of website> where <name of website> generally hasn't got the www on the front. Have a look around the many examples on the forums. HTH
@itsme
Strange goings on indeed, I repeated that tracert time and time again and could not get a fail as you did.
