Email active for?....

Hi, wonder if anyone knows how long a Plusnet email account remains active for after the Plusnet broadband account has been closed?

If you keep accessing it at least once every 3 months it will not be deleted.
However you need to make sure PN are aware you want to keep your email and request a downgrade to a free dialup account when you cancel broadband. This is normally automatic but some have had their account deleted so make it clear.

It would remain active for 90 days, assuming you were to not dial up or check your email.
