Emai redirects

Hi
I've just taken over someonelses website. I have asked for the mail at webmaster the domain name to be redirected to my plus account. However the mail is bounced. I tried sending a mail to the address from my domain and got this.
Can someone spare me a second and let me know what I've screwed up
