i originally added mailex.atlas.pipex.net yesterday to cover such a posibility  - so the .61 and .62 will be allowed.
if anyone has any issues - post with info and i will check stuff over again.

Okay I still have an issue please look at outstanding ticket. ID: 28947132 . Its now over a week since the mailbox in question was able to receive forwarded mail from 123-reg.com. (Speed of support seems to be quicker through the community forums than through the ticket system - is that how it should be?) Will check again here sometime tomorrow

Hi James,
We were under the impression that the problem was now fixed. I'll have one of our Net-Ops guys take another look tomorrow when I'm back in the office. It seems very odd though that this is working for one of your mailboxes but not the other. All I can think is that there's something wrong with one of your mailboxes whereby it's not picking up the correct policies. I'll refresh your mailbox settings now so give me a shout if things improve between now and tomorrow morning.
Otherwise I'll get back to you as soon as I've found out more.
