>:(Really annoying to find again this morning I cannot send e mails on my POP3 accounts ie
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'enquiries@dialabroad.co.uk'. Subject 'Re: Channel Islands', Account: '+plus.net', Server: 'relay.plus.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 relay not permitted', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
Thought this was permanently fixed last week.

No problems I'm aware of. I'd be interested to know whether or not you have the same issues when you're not connected to the RIN platform (which we're decommissioning soon anyway)?

Yes indeed that cures it Bob, thanks.
Had also found that modifying O/Express setting so that "Outgoing Mail Server" requires authentication
(box checked) is also a fix.

Sounds like BT Retail might have introduced some new IP ranges that we're not aware of then (we have to explicitly specify what IP addresses our relay servers allow unauthenticated connections from).
